An announcement of this occuring was made a few days ago & all appears to be 'going through' This will dramatically expand Ricoh's digital camera business, into new areas such as Digital SLRs, and Medium format. The sale includes Hoya's Pentax Imaging System Business which includes all optical instruments such as digital camera, lenses, accessories, security cameras, and binoculars.
