Olympus have released Firmware upgrades for OM-D E-M1 and OM-D E-M5 Mark II cameras.

The upgrades will improve the performance of the cameras in several ways.

The OM-D E-M1 Ver. 4.0 upgrade provides 18 enhancements to the camera, including a Focus Stacking Mode, extended variable frame rates and movies can now be captured with variable 5-axis image stabalisation. Their are also upgrades to the information displayed on the camera's LCD including the introduction of a histogram.

The OM-D E-M5 Mark II Ver. 2.0 upgrade sees the introduction of focus bracketing and a dedicated colour grading tool to that camera.
